My truck had the OEM Chrysler AM/FM Radio/Cassette head unit and "Deluxe" speakers when I bought it.  Being a '90's kind of guy, I prefer Compact Disc. So, I hunted for quite a while for a suitable replacement, preferably with MP3 capability. I finally chose this:

Now, I knew 180w of power would surely toast the stock speakers eventually, "Deluxe" or not. So, in went new, better units:


Pioneer TS-G1347 5.25" speakers ( specs ) in the doors,


and TS-A5713's ( specs ) out back.
